NatiNb: a naive llama VHH dataset

Abstract

Merged paired-end VHH amplicon reads from a naive (non-immunised) llama VHH phage display library, built from pooled peripheral blood lymphocytes of 20 llamas (~6 months old). Sequenced on Element AVITI, 2×300 bp. Adapters masked with bases2fastq v1.8. Quality filtering: fastp v0.23.2 (--length_required 150 --qualified_quality_phred 20 --unqualified_percent_limit 30 --cut_tail; "filtering_3" in the provider report, included). Read merging: FLASH v1.2.11 (--max-overlap 300 --min-overlap 5). 34,465,158 merged reads. This record accompanies the NatiNb manuscript (in preparation).
