Ly-Algebra 59-Mer Supercell: De Novo Protein Design Achieving 97.39 Mean pLDDT and Ensemble Convergence sigma=0.53 Across Five AlphaFold2 Models, Computed on a $79 Budget Android Device via the TT-G41 Framework
Discovered via OpenAlex
Abstract
AlphaFold2 structure prediction results for the Ly-Algebra 59-Mer Supercell sequence (PIAQIHILEGRSDEQKETLIREVSEAISRSLDAPLTSVRVIITEMAKGHFGIGGELASK), a de novo protein designed using the Ly-Algebra 5-Fold Symmetry Platform and TT-G41 post-quantum framework. Best model mean pLDDT 97.39, ensemble mean 96.52, sigma 0.53, pTM 0.783. All computations performed on an AUD 9 Android 14 Go Edition device (SC9863A 8-core 1.6GHz CPU, 2GB RAM). Results surpass AlphaFold2 scores for human haemoglobin and insulin. Spontaneous emergence of GxxxG helix-packing and EF-hand calmodulin motifs from pure 5-fold geometry is reported.
